Типография TypeMatter offers refunds on digital products and services under specific circumstances. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds for digital font purchases may be requested within 14 days of purchase if:
- The font files are defective or corrupted
- The product does not match the description provided
- You have not downloaded or used the font files
- Technical issues prevent you from using the fonts
Note: Once font files have been downloaded and used, refunds will not be granted unless there is a technical defect.
3. Custom Design Services
For custom font design and typography services:
- Refunds may be requested before work begins
- Partial refunds may be available if work is incomplete and mutually agreed upon
- No refunds are available once final deliverables have been approved and delivered
4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period may be available
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

- Fonts that have been downloaded and used in projects
- Custom design work that has been completed and approved
- Services that have been fully rendered
- Licenses that have been activated

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account
- Revoke access to purchased products
- Refuse future service
